How it works

Send list to verify — Upload a CSV, paste a list, or run verification automatically as part of any Leadify discovery or enrichment workflow.
Syntax and DNS check — We validate format and confirm the domain has working MX records before going further.
SMTP mailbox check — We connect to the receiving server and confirm the mailbox accepts mail without sending an actual email.
Classify and return — Each email gets a status: deliverable, undeliverable, risky, catch-all, or role-based, with reasoning included.

Do you send a real email to verify?

What is a catch-all and how do you handle it?

A catch-all domain accepts every address regardless of mailbox. We flag these so you can decide whether to send (often safe) or skip (most cautious).

Is this GDPR compliant?
