A fresh one-star review is a buying signal almost no one tracks. The business owner is reading the review, the manager is panicking, and they are wide open to a vendor that promises to make the problem go away. Manually monitoring reviews across Google, Yelp, and Trustpilot for hundreds of accounts is impossible. Leadify watches public review sites in your target category and surfaces the businesses with fresh pain you can solve.
How it works
- Define the category — Pick the business categories and review themes you want to monitor (e.g. 'restaurants with complaints about POS systems').
- Monitor review sites — We watch Google, Yelp, Trustpilot, and other relevant review sites for fresh negative reviews matching your themes.
- Match to business — Each review is linked to a business record with owner contact, location, and other reviews to give context.
- Score and deliver — Each event is scored by recency, severity, and theme fit, then exported as CSV.
Questions and answers
How fresh are the reviews?
We pull new reviews on a daily refresh by default, with hourly checks available for select review platforms.
Can you extract themes from review text?
Yes. We classify reviews by theme so you can target on specific complaints, not just star rating.
How do you avoid duplicate alerts?
We dedupe by business and review ID, and we cap repeated alerts per business unless severity escalates.
Is this GDPR safe?
Yes. Reviews are public content and business contacts are processed under documented legitimate interest with opt-out support.
