How it works
- Send name and domain — Provide the contact's name and company domain. Leadify can also pull these from a LinkedIn URL or a row you already have.
- Multi-source lookup — We check pattern-based candidates and known-good directories in parallel to find the most likely email.
- Verify deliverability — Each candidate is checked at the SMTP layer for mailbox existence, role-based flags, and catch-all behavior.
- Return scored result — You get the best email with a confidence score, a fallback email pattern, and a reason for any failures.

How accurate is the email finder?
Confidence-90-plus emails see deliverability above 95 percent in our customer cohorts. Lower scores are returned with a clear reason so you can decide whether to send.
Do you find personal Gmail or Yahoo emails?
By default we return work emails only. You can opt-in to personal email lookup where you have a legitimate basis to reach the contact.
Is this GDPR compliant?
Yes. We process work-context contact details with a documented legitimate-interest basis and respect opt-out and right-to-be-forgotten requests.
Does this work in bulk?
Yes. Run a CSV through Leadify and get verified emails for the whole list, with skipped rows clearly explained.
