Companies hiring are companies buying

Sales teams know hiring is the loudest free intent signal, but tracking it manually is brutal. Job boards are noisy, role titles vary, and most companies post on three boards. By the time you spot a job, the buying decision may already be done. Leadify watches public job boards, normalizes role titles, and surfaces only the postings that map to your ICP and offer, daily.

How it works

  1. Define the trigger — Tell Leadify which roles signal a buying moment for your offer (e.g. 'hiring SDRs' for sales tools, 'hiring DevOps' for cloud cost tools).
  2. Monitor public job boards — We watch major and niche public job boards in parallel and detect new posts that match your trigger.
  3. Match to companies and people — Each post is linked to a company record with size, industry, and the relevant decision-maker contacts.
  4. Score and deliver — Posts get an intent score based on volume, recency, and seniority of the role, then exported as CSV.

Questions and answers

How fresh are the job posts?

We refresh tracked boards daily, with a 24-hour ceiling on staleness for new postings. You can also opt for hourly checks on key sources.

How do you handle duplicate postings across boards?

We dedupe across boards by company, normalized role title, and posting date so the same job does not show up three times.

Can it surface specific tech mentions?

Yes. We extract tools and stack mentions from job descriptions, so you can filter for 'hiring sales rep mentioning Salesforce' or similar.

Is this GDPR compliant?

Yes. Job postings are public business information. Linked contacts are processed under documented legitimate interest with opt-out support.
